- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1⁄4 cup roasted cashews
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 head broccoli floret, chopped to bite sized pieces
directions
- In a food processor chop 1 cup fresh basil, 1/4 cup roasted cashew, 1 head roasted garlic, and 1 tsp salt, slowly adding in 2 tbsp of olive oil to make a pesto.
- In your pan saute 1/2 white onion in 1 tbsp grape seed oil until the onion is translucent.
- Place in the 4 porkchops searing for about 4 minute.
- Season with 1/2 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried onion, 1 tbsp dried basil, 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning, plus salt and pepper to taste.
- After 4min flip your pork chops, and add 1 cup water, and 1 head chopped broccoli.
- Let the pork chops cook for 4 more minutes or until done.
- Top with the prepared pesto and enjoy.
