One More Spinach Dip!

"Spinach dip made with cream cheese is always my favorite! This was inspired by two different Philadelphia recipes and a Lipton recipe. Great to put in kid's lunches with cut up veggies or spread on a tortilla for pinwheels!"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 3 cups approx.
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened if possible
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope vegetable soup mix
• salt
• pepper

directions

1. Mix all ingredients (using a hand mixer will get the lumps out). Chill. Serve!
