ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped pitted olive (green, kalamata, etc.)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well before using.
