  • Brown ground beef in large saucepan or soup pot. Drain.
  • Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.
  • Simmer 10 minutes, then add remaining ingredients except pasta.
  • Simmer 1 hour.
  • Add cooked pasta.
  • Simmer 5 minutes, then serve!
