  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Grind powdered milk in the food processor to make it a finer powder. (For easier mixing.).
  • Sift together powdered milk, sugar, baking soda and both flours.
  • Stir in the softened butter, molasses, vanilla and eggs until creamy.
  • Stir in oatmeal.
  • Drop 1/2 tablespoon balls unto cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12 minutes.
  • Since the dry ingredients are mixed separately, this recipe can be easily stopped when the cook is interupted.
