    large banana, peeled, cut into chunks and placed in a zip plastic bag and frozen
  • 1
    cup milk (can use 1 or 2% fat milk, or use orange juice instead of milk)

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash spinach and apple well. Pour into a blender and blend with the apple.
  • Add frozen banana chunks and milk. Cover, blend and serve immediately.
