- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3⁄4 cup Truvia
- 2 cups magic spoon cocoa cereal
- 1 cup whole oats
- 1 tablespoon natural no-sugar-added peanut butter
directions
- Melt butters in a large pot on medium heat.
- Add milk and Truvia. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a rapid boil and cook for one minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in cereal and oats, mixing thoroughly.
- Drop tablespoon sized cookies onto wax paper to cool.
