I tried this today for the first time and not being a regular baker, I followed measurements to a T - the only thing I did different was use seasalt (but crushed it up smaller) as I don't buy/use salt normally for anything and used margarine instead of butter. While the recipe was super easy to follow, dough was great to work with and cutting out biscuits all looked great - I cooked for 10 minutes and biscuits rose quite a bit but weren't quite cooked, so put them in another 3 minutes and they are very flaky but completely deformed now :-( I tried one so far and I can taste the salt so either don't substitute sea salt for salt or cut back some. Will upload a picture if I can.

Excellent recipe! I did have to add about 1/3 cup more flour, but it's been raining like crazy, so maybe the humidity played a part in that. These tasted so great. The dough rolled really nicely and was easy to work with. I'll have to print it again because my sister snagged the first recipe print. Thanks for a great recipe! ~Sheila
