ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
• 4 eggs
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1⁄2 cup self rising flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 7 ounces flaked coconut

directions

1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 50min.

The coconut rises to the top and becomes golden brown. Tastes like sweet vanilla custard with a crispy coconut topping and it "mysteriously" makes it's own bottom crust. I liked it. It's very easy.
