Pretty good stuff. Very satisfying meal. This was very easy to put together, and the hour in the oven gave me a chance to get caught up on some cleaning while waiting for dinner! We will be having this again, because if my 5 year-old asks for seconds, I know its a hit. I didn't use the kidney beans, I'm the only one that would eat them, and I know I would have liked them in this recipe. Thanks for sharing! Made for New Kids on the Block tag game.

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight.
I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter". We still enjoy many of the same dishes we used to. However, I have learned portion control and how to make suttle changes to my recipes that don't affect the flavor.
