My Mum's Spring Salad

- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 bunch radish
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 200 g yellow cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lettuce
- bread
directions
- Cooked eggs and then grate them.
- Clean and grate radishes.
- Grate cheese.
- Clean and chop spring onion finely.
- Put all together to bowl.
- Now put black pepper as you like.
- Last part is mayonnaise. You have to give it something like 2 large tablespoons. Salad should be very thick.
- Good to keep it for one hour in fridge before eating.
- Take slice of bread - put luttuce leaf and at that spring salad.
