So rich and delicious! The ingredients are expensive if you're on a budget, but these are very much worth it! I also added proscuitto, and doubled the recipe for a dinner party I'm attending this evening. I halfed the amount of mascarpone because it just seemed a little too rich to use all of it, but they came out wonderfully, displayed on a serving tray with a decoratively cut orange. Hope they're a big hit tonight...the boyfriend and I certainly loved them!

Very tasty! I was a little concerned that the gorgonzola flavor would take over, but all of the cheeses really worked well together. I followed others suggestions and added a layer of prosciutto before rolling up and I'm glad I did - it really brought the flavors together nicely. I also used mozzarella that was sliced from the deli. I had a little trouble with the rolling out of the mozzarella and then rolling everything up, but it was definitely worth the work. I served this at a baby shower and everyone really enjoyed it. Thanks moxie!
