I really didn't care for this at all. I did like the idea of a pasta salad with a sweet/sour dressing, but this was just way too sweet for me. It was so very sweet that I couldn't eat it. I also thought there was way too much dressing for the amount of solid ingredients. At first I thought there may be an error in the measurements, but I have found similar recipes to this that call for the same amounts of seasonings, sugar, and vinegar. I think the combination of flavors in the dressing could be very tasty if toned down a lot. I am sorry - the recipe poster obviously enjoys this salad very much, perhaps you will too if you enjoy very sweet salads.

I had a similar recipe that I lost. instead of prepared mustard I use 2 tsp of mustard seed, 1 tsp of onion flakes , 2 tsp parsley flakes, 1 cap full of oil & the rest of listed ingredients for the sauce. My recipe I boiled the sauce ingredients, let cool while cooking the pasta. When pasta is done & rinsed I pour sauce over it. I add red onion, cucumber, green pepper, mini pepperoni, can also add sliced green & black olives. So good!!
