This was very good. I used it as a vegetarian main dish. I left out the nutmeg and doubled the thyme. The parmesan cheese sauce was exceptionally good and rich. My family also thought it was delish. Thanks for a yummy casserole recipe.

This was very good..the sauce was nicely was easy to make..the one thing I found was that it was just a bit dry for my time I'll start with 3 cups of milk and adjust the seasonings accordingly and I think that will make it perfect...Thanks for sharing!

My family (grandchildren & daughter,son-in-law) loved this. I had to cheddar cheese for lack of the other, and did not add spices for sake of children. Yes, it will be made again. Thank you for sharing this. (The kids ate green stuff :-))

This is tasty. I used penne, and served it with salad. BUt, I'd have left out the nutmeg next time though.

I am a recent widow and am trying to find my way in life without my DH. I am blessed with many great friends and my sister and brothers who I love very much. I love to cook to entertain and feed my friends and family whenever I can. My interests are running, tennis and working out. I have a crazy little cat named Lucy who keeps me entertained - that is her picture you see on my page.
