  • 15 peppermint candy canes
  • 750 ml vodka

  • Infused Vodka: Add candy and vodka to an infusion jar and infuse for 1 to 3 hours.
  • Hot Chocolate: Make hot chocolate according to package and add 1oz infused vodka. Top with whipping cream, stir with candy cane.

  1. I decided to try this with choc. peppermint candy canes. It did turn the vodka a choc. color, but I tried it in my hot choc. with some choc. chips and it turned out good. I infused in a quart canning jar. The candy canes dissolved rather quickly and you need to shake it once in awhile to get the sediment mixed back in before using. But I've left it in the pantry and it's just fine. Makes me want to try other infused vodkas, LOL!
     
  2. Love this! It's pink, creamy and verrrry pepperminty. I don't have an infuser jar, so used a glass pitcher - it worked great. It makes a refreshing martini, just shaken with ice and garnished with a couple chocolate chips. Thanks!
