- 1 cup caster sugar
- 125 g butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup milo
directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cream butter & sugar.
- Add egg, Milo & flour and mix to combine.
- Form into biscuit shapes, allowing room for spreading during cooking.
- Place on baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
