  • Prepare orzo according to package directions. Drain well. Toss with a little olive oil to coat lightly. Let cool.
  • When pasta has completely cooled, combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a large bowl and stir to coat well. Add tomatoes. Refridgerate several hours or overnight.
