"this is a delicious recette we make at home every time we throw a bbq absolutely delicious and easy to make with a special flavor and can be served in a plate or in a sandwich with hummus and fresh chopped parsley with onions"

ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 0.5 (90 g) can chickpeas
• 0.5 (90 g) can mashed potatoes
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
• 2 large onions, chopped finely
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garam masala
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder
• 1⁄2 black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
• 2 medium green chilies
• 1⁄2 a bunch chopped parsley

directions

1. mix the ingredients all together in a mixer.
2. flatten with hand or use skewers for the charcoal barbecue.
3. you can either grill it or put it in an oven or even simply use a pan and cook it.
