    Loved the pic by GalylaJ and had everything I needed to make this. I just used 3/4 cup of the skim milk because I wanted mine a little thicker. It was a great way to start the day. I had it for breakfast as I drove to work and I really enjoyed the taste! Thank you!

    What a wonderful smoothie, I loved the maple syrup in this (and I used one sweetened with sucralose!) I also used frozen fruit. Thanks so much I will be making this again.

    This is a great drink! Very good combination of flavours, and it's healthy. I used two peaches (they were both about to be overripe), but otherwise didn't make any changes. Highly recommended, thanks for sharing it!
