- 3⁄4 cup mango, medium-dice
- 3⁄4 cup plain yogurt, whole-milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 pinch fine salt
- ice
directions
- Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and serve.

A nice thick lassi! I did add just a little almond milk to thin out because I used Greek yogurt, which is thicker than regular yogurt. I didn't have ground cardamom, so cracked open a cardamom pod. Because of that, it was a little strong, so suggest using ground cardamom. Overall, very good! Thanks! Made for the Vegetarian Swap May 2011.
