Mandarin Orange Jello

"Refreshing dessert with orange jello, sherbert, mandarin oranges. One of my Mom's recipes."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 3 ounces orange Jell-O
• 11 ounces mandarin oranges
• 1 cup Orange sherbet
• 1 cup boiling water

directions

1. Disolve jello in boiling water.
2. Immediately add orange sherbert and stir till melted.
3. Chill until slightly set, and add drained mandarin oranges. Cover with plastic wrap touching to prevent film from developing on top.
4. Chill until firm.

I use to make this often but lost the recipe. So glad to see it in print - thanks for reminding me a lovely summer dessert - and so......easy.
