"I tried one of these for the first time at a bowling ally (believe it or not) it was so yummy, that it makes you think that you are on a tropical island.....not in the middle of the canadian prairies.....if you love malibu you are going to love this....."

ingredients

• 1 ounce malibu coconut rum
• 1 ounce Creme de Cacao
• 4 ounces milk
• 1⁄2 - 1 ounce carbonated lemon-lime beverage
• ice

directions

1. mix together over ice and serve -- ENJOY!

The flavor was really nice, however the texture, after adding the lemon-lime beverage, was off-putting. If this were blended with ice in a blender, that problem would disappear. I may make this again, but will need to figure out a work around on that 'texture thing'. Thanks for sharing, Christina's Kitchen :) .
