- 250 g tuna, in water derained
- 2 tablespoons extra light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lime juice
- 80 g low fat cheese, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
directions
- mix first 5 thing very well.
- spread on panini bread. then put the tomato slice after that cheese slice on it.
- grill it and enjoy it.
