Low Fat Strawberry Smoothie

"I usually have this smoothie for breakfast, although there's usually enough left over that I refrigerate and drink the rest later as a snack. For the recipe's sake I don't use honey but RecipeZaar doesn't have the nutritional info on Agave Syrup (agave is low on the glycemic index) and I prefer Agave Syrup over honey as sometimes it does impart a different taste, but the caloric info is roughly the same."
