  • Cook penne according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients (except Parmesan) in large serving bowl. Stir gently and season to taste.
  • Drain pasta thoroughly and toss with sauce.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
