  • 90 Second Keto Bread

  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • optional-add seasoning (I used Everything But The Bagel Seasoning)
  • 2 slices American cheese

directions

  • Melt butter in a small square or rectangular microwave safe dish.
  • Beat in egg thoroughly.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, seasoning of choice and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Microwave on high 60-90 seconds until bread is set.
  • Once cool, remove from container and cut into 2 slices.
  • Add butter or oil to a frying pan over medium to medium low heat.
  • Place slice of bread into pan, cover with cheese slices and top with other slice of bread.
  • Cook both sides until browned.
