90 Second Keto Bread
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- optional-add seasoning (I used Everything But The Bagel Seasoning)
- 2 slices American cheese
directions
- Melt butter in a small square or rectangular microwave safe dish.
- Beat in egg thoroughly.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, seasoning of choice and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Microwave on high 60-90 seconds until bread is set.
- Once cool, remove from container and cut into 2 slices.
- Add butter or oil to a frying pan over medium to medium low heat.
- Place slice of bread into pan, cover with cheese slices and top with other slice of bread.
- Cook both sides until browned.
