- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 medium zucchini, Halved and sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups cooked turkey, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces cream cheese, Cut block into quarters for faster melting
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
directions
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray and preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in skillet, add onions cooking until softened.
- Put broccoli, zucchini, turkey and 1/2 cheese in prepared pan.
- Add Broth and cream cheese to skillet cooking until combined and thickened.
- Pour sauce over mixture in 9x13 pan. Stir until well incorporated.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes and bubbly.
