  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into plastic freezer jars (the new kind by Ball jars for jelly making, they are perfect for this single serving size lidded jar). Freeze 3-4 hours for semi hard serve or overnight for firm freeze. Freezing hours are included under the cooking time in this format.

  1. This was good but its a little to sweet. I will definitely make it again with less sweetner. It could be that the brand of yogurt I used is to sweet. This was so easy and banana is my fave flavor.
