  • In a 16 oz glass pour in sugar.
  • Squeeze lemons to juice them (into glass) and then add the squeezed halves.
  • Add ice, then water to fill.
  • Cover and"shake" until sugar is dissolved.

  1. Thanks again for "searching" out this recipe. Just thought I would let you know that the whole family was lounging in the backyard yesterday with a nice cold Lemon Shake Up, which was DELICIOUS!!! Just like you get at the fair. The balance of lemon/sugar is perfect!
     
  2. I made this too with Splenda (It is not a sugar substitute, it is sugar, but processed differently so it is safe for diabetics and others on low sugar diets). Terrific drink and we all enjoyed it!!
