Lemon Pear Pie
- Ready In:
- In a saucepan, combine the first five ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat for 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; fold in pears. Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Store pie in refrigerator.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
