ingredients
- 1 (7/8 ounce) package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
- fat-free cool whip
directions
- Add pudding mix to water and mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir with a whisk until thickened.
- Add box of Jello and stir in well.
- Pour into individual dessert dishes and refrigerate until set.
- Top with fat free Cool Whip.

I made this with orange jello. For those complaining about lumps with instant pudding....I used a Ninja to mix mine. I put the pudding mix in and then slowly added boiling water (electric tea kettle YAY!) as I had the Ninja running. No lumps no work. Threw in the jello and blended the snot out of it. I poured this into martini glasses for serving.
