  • 1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 12 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
  • If cookies need to be left overnight, it is recommended to put the cookies into an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep the cookies moist and cake-like.
