- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 2 lemons
- 1 pinch parsley
directions
- Mix flour, Parm cheese, Panko on a dish.
- Cover Chicken Brests with mixture.
- Add butter and olive oil to a skillet and fry chicken till brown -- Then take chicken and set aside.
- In same pan add 1 can chicken stock, cup of heavy cream -- half cup of lemmon juice, capers add Parm Cheeze -- stir constant.
- Add Chicken, top with lemon slices and Parsley.
- Serve over favorite Pasts (Good with a light cream sauce on pasta).
