  • Mix flour, Parm cheese, Panko on a dish.
  • Cover Chicken Brests with mixture.
  • Add butter and olive oil to a skillet and fry chicken till brown -- Then take chicken and set aside.
  • In same pan add 1 can chicken stock, cup of heavy cream -- half cup of lemmon juice, capers add Parm Cheeze -- stir constant.
  • Add Chicken, top with lemon slices and Parsley.
  • Serve over favorite Pasts (Good with a light cream sauce on pasta).
