  • Dredge chicken livers in flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • Add livers and fry 10 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top before serving.

    Karen, thank you for this simple yet tasty recipe! I made one portion – just to see what it looked like – for my brunch, and this scaled down easily. The oregano was prominent; next time I will try dried thyme instead.

    Totally enjoyed these delicious bites of chicken livers...the hubby wanted his normal side of ketchup...I enjoyed the squeeze of lemon...it was a nice change...made for "Went to Market" tag game...
