- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄16 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon parsley
directions
- In a bowl, mix hamburger, 1/4 tsp liquid smoke, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt and chopped onion together. Shape into small balls and brown in a skillet.
- In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add in meatballs and heat through.
- Meatballs can be kept warm in a crock pot or fondue pot.
