- 1⁄2 sweet onion, finely sliced
- 1 English cucumber, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons dried wakame seaweed, broken into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Hydrate dried wakame by soaking in a bowl of water.
- Mix sliced cucumber and onion with salt and set aside for a few minutes. Squeeze moisture out and drain well.
- Drain wakame and add to onion and cucumber. Add rice vinegar and soy sauce and mix.
