ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups Baby Spinach, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup white beans
- 1⁄4 cup black olives, diced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Dressing
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup red wine, your favorite
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper
directions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- Layer all salad ingredients into large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss!
