ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, undrained, the tiny party type
  • 14 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

directions

  • Mix all except oil and put into shallow baking dish.
  • Pour in vegetable oil, do not stir.
  • Bake at 400 for 1 hour, uncovered.
