- 1 1⁄2 cups canned tomato sauce
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 -3 garlic clove, minced
- 2 -3 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1 cup canned white beans (navy beans)
- 1 cup canned corn
- parmesan cheese
directions
- In a medium saucepan, add tomato sauce, tomato, garlic cloves, Italian Seasoning, and brown sugar. Heat and stir on medium-low heat.
- Once heated, stir in black beans, white beans and corn.
- Stir until heated thoroughly and serve in bowls.
- Add as much parmasean cheese as you would like to get the desired consistency.
