DIRECTIONS

  • In 1 quart sauce pan sauté olive oil, onions and cinnamon until soft.
  • Add salt, pepper, chili, water and lima beans. Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add tomatoes, garlic, lemon and parsley.
