ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1⁄2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Place ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. put in oiled pie pan. Place n oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until fork n middle comes out clean.

I rated this 5 stars because it was so easy to prepare and tasted good. Now, is it as good as conventional pumpkin pie (crust)...IMHO...no. But for speed and simplicity, you can't beat it! My husband, who liked it, said it was more like a pudding. Just make sure to eat it, the day it's made...as the pie became "wet" over night. I'll probably make again. <br/>Thanks, Chef #852666 !
