  1. My hand blender wouldnt do it but I will try the coffee grinder next time. To be corn free I will use tapioca starch.
     
  2. Made a bananna cake last night and needed confectioners sugar for the chocolate icing. This recipe worked great and saved me a trip to the store.

My DH & i moved closer to where he works, next door to his parents so we are there to help them when they get older. I like to cook experiment with foods, so i will have more time for this. I really do like this site & the support we get from friends we do not know.
