Wonderful! I make a lot of cocoa for the boys and loved finding this recipe for an entire gallon of milk. We keep the leftovers in a pitcher in the fridge, and stir or shake before heating a mug in the microwave. Used lowest amount of salt listed and did add the cinnamon for a nice touch. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Just like mom made when I was little! My kids "love" it. Goes great with hot toast and lots of butter. (I cut the recipe down to make one fourth of original.) Jellyqueen, thanks for the childhood memories.

It was good and tasty except it had way too much salt in it. It definitely tasted salty and in the future I will only add a little or nothing at all. Other than the salt, it was easy to make and a big hit. Make sure you keep it hot enough. No one likes luke warm cocoa!
