Great for a healthy breakfast: I think this is one of the first recipes I ever made as a child and it's definitely a keeper. Filled with walnuts, dates, and more.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients except for walnuts and dates. Fold these in after all other ingredients are combined. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
