DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch loaf pan.
  • Mix all ingredients except for walnuts and dates. Fold these in after all other ingredients are combined. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
