This is very delicious :) Reminded me of a Margarita. So much so, I dug out my crystal Maragarita glasses. I wiped the rim with lime, and rimmed with sugar instead of salt. It was perfect. I did add a little more than 1/4 cup of honey, but not the full 1/2 cup. This is going to go down so well on a hot afternoon, expecially after I've been working in the garden. Of course it's going down good right now too! Thanks Kittycatmom for another wonderful recipe. Made for Spring PAC 2009.
