- 2 lbs white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
- 5 cups dry roasted salted peanuts
directions
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir candy coating and chips until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes; stir in peanuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes.
- Put all ingredients in a crockpot and stir after 1 hour. Cook on low another hour and then place on wax paper.
