ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups oil
- 2⁄3 cup white vinegar
- 3 -4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and shake vigorously.
- Keep refrigerated. Makes 2 cups.
