  2. Great additions to plain egg salad. This also brings up memories of my Mom. She was the one to first taught me to make egg salad. Made for Spring PAC 2013.
     
  3. This brings back delicious memories of my mother's egg salad. She was the only person I knew who used onions--so much more flavorful than celery! Do be judicious in deciding how much to add, however--you don't want to overwhelm the egg. This is a very good combination. Thanks for posting!

  5. This is some very tasty egg salad, we love it! I used 2 baby sweet gherkins roughly chopped for the pickles, and 1 healthy slice of sweet onion diced up in this. Very good salad that I will make again. Thank you helloworld for sharing the recipe. Made for Pick-a-Chef Fall 2011.
