  • Combine dry powdered ingredients on a large bowl.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to combine.
  • Stir in fruits and barley until moistened.
  • Spread into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
