  • make dashi stock by adding dashi flakes to the water . bring to boil set aside to cool when flakes float to bottom discard.
  • to make the soup.
  • bring broth to boil.
  • add mushrooms cook for one minute.
  • reduce heat add miso.
  • stir till dissolve.
  • then stir in soy and add shrimp ans scallops.
  • till cook
  • serve 2 shrimp and 4 scallop to each person.
